As soon as an order is received at Simpson, a key team of experienced personnel, led by a dedicated Client Director is established. Project and Client contacts are then confirmed to ensure a seamless flow of information, with site teams also being set up and progressed.

Timescales and programmes will be agreed with the Client and a ‘job launch’ meeting will be held to ensure that all members of the production team are fully aware of all elements of the works involved from the tender and negotiation process. Throughout the course of the contract, regular site meetings will be held, attended by key personnel to ensure that satisfactory progress is being maintained.

We will undertake regular site inspections and audits throughout the course of a contract to ensure that we work within the requirements of our ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management, to help ensure any deficiencies are rectified immediately and also help us to ensure we work more effectively towards our aim of zero defects on completion.
