All site personnel and office and site management follow the CSCS accreditation scheme, to give a proof and certification of skills and experience, with particular focus on the health and safety aspects.

In recognition of our positive approach we have received the CSCS Certificate of Commitment Platinum Award certificate, with over 90% of our eligable workforce accredited.  We maintain our commitment to the continuance of health and safety competence in the workplace.

For several years we have held the accreditation of Investor In People and we are proactive in making certain that all members of the management and operational teams have the appropriate training and development support and opportunities to allow their continuous development and success.
